I recently read a Miraculous Ladybug fanfiction on AO3 called "Heaving Through Corrupted Lungs" written by UnspokenWords.

In the story, Marinette falls victim to hanahaki disease, which causes you to cough up flowers. Marinette coughs up sunflowers. So, I just drew Marinette surrounded by sunflowers (with one in her mouth).
