Glass Bauble Babs are created from the spirits of lost or abandoned animals. When the animal dies and the spirit does not move on, it will often seek safety in a discarded bottle or jar. It then begins to work and form the glass into a body shape that it is comfortable with. Once the glass is almost complete, the spirit will collect a few trinkets inside to fill some of the emptiness it feels. After drinking enough water to fill roughly half the container, the spirit fuses with the glass and the Bauble Bab comes to life for a fresh start.

While baubles do not age in the sense that most living things do, it is fun to imagine them as chunky rolling baby baubles. Let's see those pinch-able cheeks!

Don't worry, baubles can heal! Bauble glass is very strong, but it can still get scratched or cracked. When this happens, water may leak out of the bauble, but they can drink to replenish it. Bauble glass will fuse back together over time, but they may wear a patch, bandaids, or other material to plug the leak until it does.

Baubles are generally social creatures. Even the introvert baubles often have one close friend to spend time with. If your bauble has made a friend yet, draw them together doing something fun!

Companions and bubble pets exist outside of the bauble (or in a terrarium tail) and are magically bound to that bauble.
