The following are rules specific to the Pangon species and ARPG. Please be sure to read up on these before participating in the group!

You may be familiar with my general TOS, located here, but these rules take precedence in regards to the Pangon species because of the nature of the group. For brevity, only exceptions will be listed in this post, but all other rules in my original TOS still apply. 

Group-specific Rules

• You must be 13 or over to participate in the species ARPG. If you are found to be underage, you will be permanently banned from the group.
• The group is kept to a PG-13 rating. Mild blood is allowed in the group with appropriate mature warning labels, but heavy gore will not be allowed.
• Be respectful to others in the community. Harassment and bullying will not be tolerated. 
• Do not use the species for any form of hate speech (sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, racist, etc.).
  
• This group is based on the Pangon species, so all submissions must pertain to them. Please follow folder guidelines when submitting.
  
• No stolen or traced art. If submitting art that isn't your own, you must have both permission from the original artist and proper credit in the submission. Referencing is only allowed with the original artist's permission.
• Journals seeking, trading, or otherwise having to do with Pangons are allowed in the group. We do not accept general commission information posts; Pangon-specific commissions (such as YCHs), however, are allowed.
• All submissions must follow DeviantArt site rules.
  
• No begging or guilt tripping of any kind is allowed. You will be blocked from the group if you are found consistently harassing people for the designs they own.
• Please report any rule-breaking incidents by noting the group, not individual staff members.
• When reselling, trading, gifting, or otherwise rehoming a Pangon, please comment on the corresponding dracompendium entry regarding the transfer! This is to keep the masterlist up to date to prevent scamming in trades, as well as to track ARPG activity.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent user-bound restrictions is not allowed. Using both a main account and ARPG account is fine, so long as it is made clear that both accounts belong to the same person.
• No shared accounts between two or more people can be used for the ARPG. 

Adoptables & Designs

• Adoptables are purchased designs that you can use to make your own character. You may name the character, choose a gender, and create a personality and background information for the character. You may choose to use your Pangon design outside the official lore and ARPG, but you may not use this allowance to circumvent earning appearance upgrades. 
• Co-ownership is not allowed for the Pangon species due to the nature of the ARPG.

Design Editing

• Due to being an evolving species, all design editing is earned through the ARPG. 
• I allow any design edits to be made directly onto my original artwork. However, take note that edits made directly onto my artwork do not count for in-game rewards (such as XP). Please be aware guest designs or collaborated designs may have different terms regarding directly editing artwork, so please review their sales post or masterlist entry beforehand.
• You may create ports of your Pangon (alternate forms, other species ports, etc.), but ports/forms belonging to other closed species can not count towards ARPG bonuses for the Pangon unless specified otherwise. All of these types of design derivatives must be included with the original design when selling or trading as they are all still considered the same design. 
• Porting a Pangon design to a different closed species requires permission from the corresponding species owner; please check the owner of the CS you are interested in before doing so.
