Description
I have no idea where this came from, but it's one of several in-progress pictures I've needed to ink and/or color (and among a bunch I need to do, like more PeEVEed characters). I had always wondered why you couldn't play blitzball with Rikku on your team in Final Fantasy X. She could swim as well as Tidus or Wakka (the only playable characters who could play blitzball).
She was however a blitzball player in the second (and only other) Final Fantasy game which she appeared (which took place several years after the other game).
...Also isn't it also strange that FFX is the first Final Fantasy game since FFV where the characters don't have last names? She's just "Rikku". No last name.

Er, characters have last names, in Final Fantasy V. Batts Klauser, Lenna and Sarisa Tycoon, Galuf and Krile Baldesion… Most of them even have middle names!
Now, the main cast of Final Fantasy II don't have last names. Final Fantasy III (3D), as well. So, there's that. :3
