When with Nero in the beginning of the game on the bridge, Ruby takes a similar form when fighting the bunch of Qilphoth roots. It is nearly identical save for the tail, which morphs into a singular Qilphoth root with the needle on the end.

This version of the form WILL be in the story.

Getting into the vicinity of the Nidhogg warps Ruby's soul into this form. Qilphoth roots grow over her colored area, which is a nasty brown/green color to represent the dead plant life. Spikes grow on the leg joints and a horn sprouts from her forehead that are based on the Nidhogg's arms which end in spiked swords. Her tail is now three different tails, all ending in flowers with teeth, like the Nidhogg's allies in the boss fight. When someone phases through Ruby in this form, a general lethargic feeling is felt, as well as a slight ill feeling that gets worse the longer they stay in contact with her soul.

As the Nidhogg is a boss for V, this form might not appear in the story.
