Ginger's Fancy New Outfit

Yet another updated reference image for everybody's favourite bubbly, cute, dresses-and-plushie-loving Eevee, Ginger Spade. I was thinking of making this a "festive" picture, but I decided to make it more "all-season" so that, as stated before it can be used as a reference pic. Plus her wardrobe needed an "update" too.
