I'm writing this post for the sole reason I've seen huge groups with thousands of membership turning into an uncontrollable disaster because of DA's incredible built-in feature (I'd even write it in capslock for the atrocity of its repercussions):
NEW FOLDERS ARE ALWAYS *CLOSED* FOR SUBMISSIONS
So no matter how many folders one may create - unless they MANUALLY open up EACH of those, the members would not be able to submit to none of those

Henceforth I tried to open up all the 40+ (
) folders I've created so far - and please oh PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE FOLDERS DON'T ALLOW SUBMISSIONS.
This is important. Like, the most important part, really.
Basically, rule#1 - submit to correct folders, be a dearie
There's no submission limitations (other than DA's built-in 10 pieces/day) so far, so feel free and welcome to share your artworks with us!
Couple art: to the specified pairings folder or Other fandom-name couples folder. If there's a couple folder you think should be established (e.g. there's enough arts of it to comprise an album) - please let us know so we can assess the idea and create the folder!
Single charas art: WWX, LWJ, JC, JGY and He Xuan - each now have their own individual folders; others - to the clan folders or fandom-name Gen folders.
Group art: to any of the fandom-name Gen folders. If it features several couples - then to Other fandom-name couples folder. For multicanon arts we've got a MXTX Multicanon folder 
Crossovers, AUs, Fanfiction: are totally OK and accepted 
, just put them to the respective charas/pairings folders.
rule#2 - NSFW is allowed
If you're under 18, please leave the group.
rule#3 - all artistic levels accepted
In no way we're here to judge your skill level (and if someone does so - please let the admins know so the banhammer can he activated), the main objective is the quality of the image itself - so pls no blurred, badly taken photos that are too dark or messy - simply consider posting your art as an act of respecting your viewers.
(This is like respecting shizun, but respecting your watchers)
Other rules are those based on common sense:
- no charas/ship hate (keep it at your own territory exclusively, don't bring it here, thank you)
- don't upload art that's not made by you (that's theft, hey!)
- feel free to suggest possible improvements for the group management & maintenance!
Any questions arising - feel free to ask in here or via notes!

Folders Update + Encouragement!

Welcoming everyone who's joined us so far - thank you for sticking with us :hug:
First of all, we'd like to encourage our new members & contributors to not be afraid to submit ye old artworks ('old' as in created prior to March-2020) to group folders!
After all, our goal here is creating a varied collection, so each submission is precious :heart:
We'd gladly send out requests ourselves, however as per the recent DA limitations set for groups, an admin can only request 10 pieces/day, which makes it literally crucial for you as members to freely upload your own works too :#1:

Why are we even starting this
Well hello there everyone who's interested in MXTX worlds :wave: :la:
Probably creating a group on deviantart RIGHT NOW is the last thing from wise :faint:
But nonentheless I needed me a place to gather all of us mxtx junkies together in an attempt to create a comprehensible fanart collection assorted by the novels and pairings (uhh, yummy :horny:) and characters and shenanigans :lol:
So here's the plan:
- arrange a variety of folders
- name them appropriately
- write group rules
- make them visible
- the hardest part: dig up DA's incomprehensible admin area and fix the permissions to join, submit, post and enjoy our time in here to th

I accidentally put my artwork in the wrong folders, how can I fix it? Honestly, I'm sorry! It wasn't my intention, I just forgot to change the category.
