Shrine of the Seven Stones

The stones seem to pulsate with strange magic, and something heavy lingers in the atmosphere. The stones beckon you forward... perhaps you should leave an offering?

Process

• Post in the below threads to leave offerings at the shrine.

• A banker will confirm your offerings and deposit the appropriate number of Offering Tokens in your bank account.

• Offering Tokens can then be spent at the various Shrines that are open throughout the year on Tokotna.

• Each Offering Token spent awards 1 random prize from the Shrine's item pool.

Offering Tokens

All Genos and Imports are awarded a base of 1 Offering Token, however more can be acquired for possessing the following:

• +1 Token for Marking of the Week

• +1 Token for Uncommon or higher Marking, or an Extension/Restriction Marking

• +1 Token for Uncommon or rarer Mane

• +1 Token for Toki, Dire or Akota Build

• +1 Token for Physical Traits

• +1 Token for Non-Physical Traits

• +1 Token for Mutation

Note: An offering may earn multiple bonuses, however the same bonus will not stack. If the offering has multiple Uncommon or higher markings for example, it will only receive the "Uncommon+ marking" bonus once. This means that the absolute maximum amount of tokens you can receive for one offering is 8 tokens if everything is maxed out.

Rules

• You must have an activated Tokotna account in order to leave offerings!

• You must tally the Offering Tokens for every geno/import, and provide a total on the final line of the form.

• You may leave up to 5 offerings in a single comment. You will be required to repost if you offer more than five offerings.

• All genos must have a valid proof of ownership. Genos from broken journals are not accepted at this time.

• All imports must be under your full ownership on Tokotna. Co-owned imports cannot be shrined.

• Please link proof of ownership for every geno, even if all genos in the comment are from the same litter.

• Old shrine comments cannot be processed in Shrine of the Seven Stones.

• The form must be used as is, please do not modify or delete any lines.

• You may not remove the "Offering Token x" from the Offering Token Total line. Doing so will result in being told to repost.

FAQ

What will happen to my shrined genos and imports?

Genos may be given the opportunity to come to life through the TCA Rehoming Project.

Imports will have their ownership forfeited to the group. Any remaining slot permissions will still be usable, but the Tokota as it is will cease to exist in the game. All imports will be permanently deceased.

Am I guaranteed a reward?

All offerings are guaranteed a minimum of 1 Offering Token, with the ability to earn more for the bonuses listed above.

Can I save Offering Tokens for other shrines?

Yes, Offering Tokens may be saved through the year and spent as the other deity shrines open. You do not have to spend them in the month you earn them.

Will rarer manes/markings give more tokens than uncommon manes/markings?

No, all manes are considered equally valuable, for example you will not get more tokens for shrining a curly versus a half mane. This holds true for for markings as well, you will not receive more tokens for having a rarer marking. You will also not receive more tokens for having many uncommon or higher markings. Natural mane does not award any bonus offering tokens.

Can I shrine deceased Tokotas?

While deceased imports are accepted, deceased genos will not be accepted.

Can I shrine companions or other items?

No, the Shrine of the Seven Stones only accepts tokota genos and imports at this time.

Does the hierarchy of the tokota award any extra tokens?

No, hierarchy no longer provides any bonus.

I belong to a Faction with a shrine rarity bonus, when does it get applied?

The shrine faction bonus is automatically applied when you spend your offering tokens in your chosen deity's shrine on the Tokotna site! Just remember that in order to make use of the faction bonus, you must have your faction set on Tokotna.com!
