Equipment: Monkey King's Iron Pole - A replica of the famous staff that belonged to Sun Wukong, The Monkey King. While it isn't the real staff, in that it isn't thousands of pounds so almost anyone can wield it, it does have the abilities similar to the original's.  It can change its size, elongate, fly and attack opponents according to its bearer's will. When not wielding the weapon, the bearer can shrink it down to the size of a sewing needle and stores it easily.

(---"If there was one thing that Galrick Taro despised about living in The Ever-Changing City, it's the large number of people who end up gaining superpowers upon being sent to The City while he himself received jack squat. Back in his old universe, Galrick was a beloved street fighter who was considered the best, having successfully took on opponents who were bigger then him as he trained constantly to be able to fight those stronger then him. Reveling in the victory in beating them with his own two hands.

However upon entering The Ever-Changing City, he was significantly outgunned by the superhumans that inhabit this city, and no amount of training would be able to have him take on people who could easily bend steel like it was a piece of paper or run as fast as a bullet train.

That was until he made his way to The Cyberpunk District on the Neon Side, where he tried to get enough money to buy cyber-augmentations to make him stronger, but instead he was found by an agent of The Unicorn Foundation, Andro-Dan, who was looking for test subjects for his research in Sargassite.

Offered the promise of gaining power, Galrick accepted the offer and Andro-Dan took the boy to his laboratory, where after being put under anesthesia, Andro-Dan exposed Galrick to a shard of Sargassite. And the power(s) that the boy gained mostly involved the generation and manipulation of fushia-colored bio electricity. Afterwards Galrick was put under a training regiment to fully understand how his powers worked and to make him part of The Unicorn Foundation's super team alongside Annhesive, Edith and Fateball. Also Galrick was given a weapon for him to train with, in the form of The Monkey King's Iron Pole.

However as Galrick continued his training, Andro-Dan and his superiors noted that the boy was getting stronger and stronger as the training continued, though they have an insurance policy where Galrick had an explosive device implanted at the base of his skull along with Andro-Dan hypnotizing Galrick to make sure that the boy follows orders. However as Galrick's powers became stronger, the hypnosis started to lose it's effect as the boy became more rebellious and the explosive inside his neck was shorted out and made it completely harmless. However, a lot of Galrick's power is fueled by the amount of calories he takes in, so The Foundation made sure to give him a strict diet to prevent him from having enough fuel to be a major threat to themselves and everyone else in The City."---)

Remember that movie Brightburn? That horror movie about a kid with Superman's powers who goes on a rampage in his hometown?

Well Galrick here is to Dragonball's Goku what Brandon is to Superman. Though I guess that would make him Raditz or pre-redemption Vegeta in that sense, if they were a teenager.
